1. A Flip Face version of yourself... (Page size is 81/2" x 11" 300 resolution)
Using the Photoshop selection tools, duplicate your photo layer... use the selection tools to select and copy 1/2 of your face...

Now, paste it. Go up to the EDIT tool and choose TRANSFORM --.FLIP HORIZONTAL

DO the same thing to the other half of your face. Use this formula...

Then move into place using the MOVE TOOL.

When you get two right halves and two left halves together... you'll use the layers in Photoshop.

Label your layers ORIGINAL PHOTO   LEFT   RIGHT , etc.

Create a new file, use the PRINT Format (8 1/2" x 11") 300 ppi.

Paste in the original in the middle, the left and right faces on either side
